Accounts and Channels
Q: How many social media accounts can I connect?
A: The number of accounts depends on your plan. The free plan includes a limited number of channels, while higher plans allow more. Check the Pricing page for details.

Posts and Scheduling
Q: Can I schedule posts for multiple platforms at once?
A: Yes. When creating a post, select multiple channels and the same post will be published to all of them. You can also customize content per platform.
Q: What happens if a scheduled post fails?
A: You will receive a notification. The post will be marked as "Failed" and you can view the error details and retry. See Why Did My Post Fail?.
Billing
Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
