How to Create a Ticket

  1. Go to Help or Support in your dashboard.
  2. Click Create Ticket or Contact Support.
  3. Select a category for your issue (e.g., Connection Problem, Billing, Feature Request).
  4. Describe your issue in detail:
    • What were you trying to do?
    • What happened instead?
    • Include any error messages you saw.
    • Attach screenshots if possible.
  5. Click Submit.

What to Expect

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
  • Our support team will respond within the timeframe indicated for your plan (Priority support is available on Enterprise plans).
  • You can track the status of your ticket from the support section of your dashboard.

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Provide as much detail as possible — this helps us diagnose the issue quickly.
  • Include the affected channel name and the date/time of the issue.
  • Check the Knowledge Base first — your answer might already be there.
