Quick Post is the fastest way to create and distribute content across your connected social media channels in Plux.

Accessing Quick Post

Click the Quick Post button from your dashboard or use the shortcut in the left sidebar.

Creating a Post

  1. Select Channels — Choose which social media accounts should receive the post. You can select individual channels or a channel group.
  2. Write Your Content — Type your post in the text editor. Character counters for each platform update in real time.
  3. Add Media — Attach images, videos, or GIFs. You can upload from your device or select from the File Manager.
  4. Customize Per Channel — Toggle channel-specific customizations if you need different text or media for certain platforms.
  5. Add a Link — Paste a URL and optionally shorten it with Plux Link.
  6. Use AI — Click the AI button to generate or enhance your text using AI Studio.

Publishing Options

  • Publish Now — Sends the post immediately to all selected channels.
  • Schedule — Pick a future date and time. The post will be published automatically.
  • Add to Queue — Place the post in your scheduled time slots.
  • Save as Draft — Save the post without publishing. You can come back and edit it later.

Tips

  • Preview how your post will look on each platform before publishing.
  • Assign labels to keep your posts organized.
  • If approval workflows are enabled, the post will go through the approval process before publishing.
