Access your complete billing history and download invoices from the Plux dashboard.
Viewing Payment History
- Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
- Scroll to the Payment History section.
- You will see a list of all past transactions, including the date, amount, and status.
Downloading Invoices
Click the Download button next to any transaction to get a PDF invoice. Invoices include:
- Invoice number and date
- Plan name and billing period
- Amount charged and payment method
- Tax details (if applicable)
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Update your payment method and retry the payment to avoid service interruption.
