The File Manager is your centralized media library in Plux. Upload, organize, and manage all the images, videos, and other media files you use in your social media posts.

Uploading Files

  1. Go to Files in your dashboard.
  2. Click Upload or drag and drop files into the upload area.
  3. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, and more.
  4. Files are stored securely and available for use in any post.

Organizing Files

  • Create folders to organize files by campaign, client, or content type.
  • Use the search bar to quickly find files by name.
  • Sort files by date, name, or size.

Using Files in Posts

When creating a post in Quick Post, click the media attachment button and choose Select from Library to pick files from the File Manager.

Storage Limits

File storage capacity depends on your plan. Higher-tier plans offer more storage space. Check the Pricing page for details.
