Understanding post statuses helps you keep track of your content pipeline in Plux.

Post Statuses

  • Draft — Saved but not yet scheduled or published. You can edit it at any time.
  • Scheduled — Set to publish at a specific date and time. The post will be sent automatically.
  • Queued — Added to your posting queue and will be sent at the next available time slot.
  • Pending Approval — Waiting for a team admin to review and approve before it can be published.
  • Published — Successfully posted to the target social media account.
  • Failed — An error occurred during publishing. Click the post to see error details and retry.

The Post Queue

The queue is a list of posts waiting to be published in order. Posts are sent at time slots you have configured (see Setting Post Times).

Managing the Queue

  • Reorder posts by dragging them up or down in the queue list.
  • Remove a post from the queue to save it as a draft.
  • View all queued posts in the Calendar for a visual overview.
