Each AI operation consumes a specific number of credits. For example, content creation uses 1 credit, image generation uses 3 credits, and video generation uses 8+ credits. Credits included in your plan renew monthly. If you need additional credits, you can purchase credit packages. Track your balance at the top of your dashboard.

plux.tr is Plux's built-in URL shortening service. It shortens your links to the plux.tr/aBcDeF format and lets you track every click in detail. It can be automatically used in RSS automations. For details, see the Plux Link article.

No. The plux.tr URL shortening service is included in all plans at no extra cost. You can also view click statistics for created short links for free.

By enabling URL shortening in RSS automations or posts, you can track click counts for each platform. In the Short Links section of your dashboard, you can see how many clicks each link received and which platforms generated traffic.

Yes. In the Team section of your dashboard, you can invite team members by email. You can assign three different roles: Admin, Editor, and Member. Editors can create posts (subject to admin approval), while Members can only view. For details, see the Roles and Permissions article.

For images: JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP; for videos: MP4, MOV, and AVI formats are supported. Each platform may have its own size and format restrictions. Plux automatically converts your uploaded files to the appropriate format.

Yes. In the Brand section of your dashboard, you can set up your logo or text watermark. You can configure position, size, and opacity. When active, it's automatically applied to images added when creating posts.

You can pay with credit card and debit card through PayTR and Iyzico payment gateways. Installment payment options are also available. We also accept manual payment via bank transfer. All payments are securely processed over SSL-encrypted connections.

Yes. Go to the Plans section under your profile menu in your dashboard to change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. The remaining balance from your current period is credited toward the new plan.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the profile menu at any time. After cancellation, you continue to use your plan until the end of the current billing period. At the end of the period, your account switches to the free plan.
